Thank you to all the parents and carers who joined us today for an opportunity to see I Am A Clever Writer in action.

All classrooms were open for adults to understand what the children have been learning in their Writing lessons and to experience how we teach early writing and then develop upon the skills taught across the school.

It was very encouraging to see so many parents and carers take time out of their busy day to support their child’s education in this way.

Hopefully, the session gave you all an understanding of how we now teach writing, and you took away some tips and ideas on how to support your child’s writing at home.
