On Monday, the Year 2 children were very lucky to welcome Al Sylvester - an amazing Arctic explorer who visited us at Charville. 

The children thoroughly enjoyed his visit and were fascinated by his numerous stories about Antarctica and his journey to the South Pole. 

We had the opportunity to try on his special equipment and pretend to be Arctic explorers ourselves.
